TBSteel Scaffold is designed and manufactured to meet the contractors standards and the builders demand. It is used as working scaffold on the facade. It is easily erected by two persons.
The system is consisted of Vertical Frames, Horizontal and Diagonal components. In order to tolerate height difference on the ground, Universal Jacks are used. Passage between floors is provided by use of Vertical Frames with Ladder. The scaffold is fixed to the building by means of Facade Ties.
The Vertical Frames are made of Certified steel tubes of 42 and 48 mm of diameter. The Horizontal and Diagonal connections uses 32 and 27 mm diameter steel tubes respectively. We use gas metal arc welding in the manufacturing process.
