We have been manufacturing props suitable for all worksite needs. Below are some of our shoring props.

The TBS Light Duty Prop is a standard shoring solution mostly used in Africa. It comes with the following features:

  • Outer Tube 57 x 2.0 mm, Inner Tube 48  x 2.0 mm.
  • The inner tube is drilled every 100 mm so as to enable the adjustment of the prop.
  • S235JR steel inner & outer pipe according to the UNI EN 10219-1 / 2 standard.
  • 8 mm pitch threaded adjustment sleeve with welded handles.
  • Male threaded and welded onto the outer pipe.
  • Lower plate, 6 mm squared shaped.
  • Upper plate available in two versions (Flat Top / U Top)
  • High resistance safety pin for fixing between the inner and outer pipe.
  • Anti shearing system which enables working under safe conditions at all times.

The TBS Standard Duty Prop is mostly used for regular slabs. It comes with the following features:

  • Outer Tube 60 x 2.0 mm, Inner Tube 48  x 2.5 mm.
  • The inner tube is drilled every 80 mm so as to enable the adjustment of the prop.
  • S235JR steel inner & outer pipe according to the UNI EN 10219-1 / 2 standard.
  • Special Heavy Duty Cup shaped Sleeve of total length 170 mm suitable for millimetric adjustment.
  • Outer threading obtained by means of rolling-forming, hence guaranteeing the wholeness of the material without removing any material of it.
  • Lower plate, 6 mm squared shaped.
  • Upper plate available in two versions (Flat Top Or U Top)
  • High resistance safety pin for fixing between the inner and outer pipe.
  • Anti shearing system which enables working under safe conditions at all times.
The TBS Heavy Duty Prop is mostly used for Thick Roof slabs where Drop Head Solution is being implemented. It comes with the following features:

  • Outer Tube 60 x 2.5 mm, Inner Tube 48  x 3.0 mm.
  • The inner tube is drilled every 80 mm so as to enable the adjustment of the prop.
  • S235JR steel inner & outer pipe according to the UNI EN 10219-1 / 2 standard.
  • Special Heavy Duty Cup shaped Sleeve of total length 170 mm suitable for millimetric adjustment.

Scaffold Double Prop

The Scaffold Double Prop solution is an advanced alteration of the single prop solution where :

  • It can be mounted on top of each other in order to reach higher clearance.
  • It can withstand heavy loads especially when it is connected together under a specific configuration.
  • It can cover almost all variation of heights since it can be modified from 1 to 160 cm.
